Kuhlmann headlines HTRS state powerlifters

HTRS' Bailey Kuhlmann enjoys the competition of powerlifting for the Titans.

By Ray Kappel

HTRS junior powerlifter Bailey Kuhlmann got quite a compliment at the state meet last year. She finished second to a girl who told her she was the toughest competition in her four years of competing. Kuhlmann will be back at state this year when HTRS hosts the state meet March 28 starting at 9 a.m. This is Kuhlmann’s third year of lifting. She likes the fact that it’s an individual as well as a team sport.
