On December 28, 2021, at about 4:00 pm, Richardson County Deputies were dispatched to a residence at 7th and Edwards in Humboldt, Nebraska. While on scene, Deputies learned a male subject had barricaded himself inside a garage. 7th Street between Nemaha and Edwards was shut down.
