Spring is the time of rebirth. The crocus, daffodils, and tulips begin to poke their heads through the sod. Tired of being buried in the dark cold sod through the winter, the sprouts push upwards toward the warmth of the sun. The wheat, sowed last fall, spreads a green blanket across the fields.
