County Judge Curtis L. Maschman retires effective May 31.
He will have been on the bench 29 years as of April 30, so he will be into his 30 th year when May 31 arrives.
A Judicial Resource Committee will solicit candidates for his replacement and then a committee of four lay people and four attorneys will interview the applicants.
