We got our first taste of winter last Dec. 19 with some snow. It was the first snowfall needing clearing in Pawnee City since 2010-2011 winter. We went dry all last winter practically.
The Pawnee City school system will be considering facility upgrade as part of its to-do list for the second half of the school year.
