This spring, Elsie (Parks) Borcher of Pawnee City celebrated the 80th anniversary of her graduation from Pawnee City High School. The celebration was made extra special because she got to watch her grandson Garrett Borcher graduate from the same school. Garrett’s father, Terry, also graduated from PCHS.
