    Pawnee City Deputy Clerk Kellie Wiers reported an excellent turnout for both the Mitten Tree and Angel Tree sponsored by the city this Christmas. At the Pawnee City city council meeting on December 22, Deputy Clerk Wiers said 50 pairs of mittens, gloves and hats had been donated to SENCA Headstart.She also said this year’s angel tree had 70 participants, the most the city has ever had....
