There is a huge amount of talent in Pawnee County. Some have moved away. Some have stayed and some have moved to Pawnee County. We are fortunate and these talented people deserve some recognition.

Sonja Hinrichsen Rhodes was raised in DuBois Nebraska in the big house her mom still lives in. The family moved to DuBois from Bennet, Nebraska when she was about one month old (if she remembers correctly).
Sonja loves to draw. She has created art work “since the beginning of time.” “Brother Rick was always stirring up the imaginations of us little kids artistic ideas…from the boards of the chicken coop to the endless string of Chief tablet sketches…no pen left idle was safe.”
