PERU - On Saturday, March 6th the Humboldt Table Rock Steinauer Powerlifting team attended the Class B State Meet at Peru.
Power lifting meets are divided into weight classes. Total weights are combined for three different lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Dead Lift. The top 5 in each weight class receive medals.
