With the wind and rain the wall came tumbling down

It was 1:22 Thursday morning, there was a flash of light on the security camera, then a rumbling noise. “That doesn’t sound like thunder,” thought Ed Raper.

He was right. It was part of the north wall of his building at 526 G Street, Pawnee City. A storm with rain and high winds caused the wall to fall inward and left a pile of bricks on the ground.
