    The first winter storm of 2025 came roaring through southeast Nebraska over the weekend. The storm, which was predicted to leave 8- 12 inches of snow, dumped about 5-6 inches in parts of the county. With winds of 20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph, below freezing temperatures caused dangerous conditions. Winter storm Blair hit south of our area leaving as much as 18 inches of snow in Chapman, Kansas
