Commissioners Discuss Sheriff Procedures

Pawnee County Sheriff Braden Lang met with the Pawnee County Commissioners Board on Tuesday May 13 to discuss updates to the Sheriff's Office Policy Handbook.The board raised concerns that procedure was not followed during a recent prisoner transport to the hospital.

Tattered Flags in Need of Forever Homes

Submitted by Katy Kreifel The Pawnee County Avenue of Flags Committee continues to seek forever homes for the veterans tattered flags that have been replaced with new flags. The committee will soon be setting a date for a proper disposal ceremony for the unclaimed flags.
