Pawnee City to Install More Handrails

The City Council of Pawnee City will install more handrails on the sidewalk along 6th st, across the street from the Pawnee County Courthouse. They will also paint more bright orange lines along the curb.

National Library WeekTheme is “Drawn to the Library”

National Library week is April 6-12 and this year’s theme is “Drawn to the Library.” The Pawnee City Public Library will have a week of fun activities to celebrate.Director Lola Seitz said the library will have bookmarks designed by area students available for patrons to take.

Lewiston Preschool Open House

We are excited to be enrolling new three and four-year-olds to our program. A three-year-old is defined as a child who will be three years of age on or before July 31, 2025. (Fouryear-olds must be four by July 31, 2025).Being potty-trained is a requirement to enter the preschool program.
