Pawnee City Public Library celebrated National Library Week, April 7-13 with numerous activities throughout the week.Monday was the Solar Eclipse. The library offered solar eclipse glasses to the public for safe viewing and Totality was streaming on the TV throughout the day.

Trish Fisher always wanted to be a nurse – ever since the fifth grade. During that year, she dressed up as a nurse for Halloween. Then she wanted to work at the Pawnee Manor when she was in high school, but they didn’t think she could do the job because of her small stature.
