In February 2015, Fran and Bob Blecha and I gathered pictures from the Argus Newspaper Museum. The Argus was to be remodeled, and we were moving the extensive photograph collection to a safe place. Huge numbers of photos, virtually all labeled, had been stapled to the wall.

Spring is here, officially, but that doesn’t mean we should get overly excited and go clean up our landscape beds just yet. However, Asparagus will soon be emerging from previous plantings and new plantings can be started soon.

25 Years Ago - March 25, 1998A really new season-Spring sports mean a new cooperative effort between Table Rock-Steinauer and Humboldt Schools. This year the two schools begin their cooperative sports program with the spring sports of track and golf. The golf team is new for both schools.

This week the topic of hypothyroidism came up a lot and it appeared there were some large gaps in understanding this topic well and rightfully so! It is a little confusing, but also extremely common.

City council supports PCAL’s plan for moving forward

(PCAL) Bauman was hired by the city to evaluate PCAL and give suggestions for improvements.

Ferel Cats

Erin McGuire, founder of Wild Witch Cat Rescue, met with the city council Mondy evening to promote her TNVR program. TNVR, which stands for “Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Return,” is McGuire’s plan for managing the local cat population.
