Southeast Nebraskans have been enjoying Arley’s food trucks since they began operating in 2013. To kick off 2024, Arley’s owners, Arlan and Bobbie Meints, have expanded their business to a physical location with the recent opening of The Shop in downtown Pawnee City.

Wherry Mortuary is Chamber Business of the Month

Wherry Mortuary originated in Pawnee City on October 14, 1892 by David E. Wherry, the grandfather of Art, John and Tom Wherry. In 1938, their father, Tom E. Wherry bought into the business along with his brothers Kenneth and Ronald. In 1951, the mortuary in Pawnee City moved to its present location.
