A grandson of Floyd Vrtiska of Table Rock won the Pawnee City Classic 5-K Saturday. Trey Seibel of Lincoln won in a time of 18:40 for the 29th running of the race. His mother Lori is a daughter of the former state senator. There were 106 participants.
