I hope everyone is making big plans for Thanksgiving Day this year. As we see the day approaching, our minds are filled with several thoughts. How big a turkey do we need? How many people are coming? How can we avoid being with THAT PERSON who always brings animosity and stirs up an argument?

Deer Checked In

The Little Brown Jug reports there were about 470 deer tagged by the end of deer season. Den’s Country Meats reports that 410 deer were processed there during the season.

Blood Mobile in Pawnee December 9th

Over the past 15 years, our Pawnee City Bloodmobile has had over 89 drives where 3,879 donors have given 3,591 pints of blood. That's an average of 40 pints each drive. On Thursday, December 9, we're doing it again from 12 noon-5:30 p.m. at the Methodist Poteeet Hall!
