Chronic Daily Headaches

After years and years of having occasional headaches, a person’s headaches commonly become more frequent and can even be present “all the time.” When it gets to this point, they can be called “chronic daily headaches.” These headaches are difficult to deal with.

Get Excited for the Red, White and Blue was a new program in the VFW Auxiliary for youth this past year. It is a national anthem singing contest for youth ages six to sixteen. A DVD or flash drive was made and mailed into the Department Chairman.

Reyanna Tegtmeier Receives Prestigious P.E.O. STAR Scholarship

Reyanna Tegtmeier, a senior at Pawnee City High School, was selected to receive a $2,500 STAR Scholarship from the P.E.O. Sisterhood. She was recommended by P.E.O. Chapter AV of Pawnee City, NE.

Desire of Our Hearts

As young adults, working all week; managing children’s activities; building a house ourselves, as we could afford it, in our “spare” time; our motto was “work, work, work, we always say”.

Thoughts on the 4th of July

Masonic Lodge steak fry held Sunday

Worshipful Master Ed Raper recites the Toast to the Flag poem. The Lodge was presnted a frame of this poem to hang on the wall. Ray Kappel Photos Robert Carrell Jordan was the first Grand Master of Masons of Nebraska. After his death, a medal was struck off in bronze.
