Lewiston BoysTake Mudecas Championship

For the first time in 20 years, the Lewiston Boys Basketball team won the Mudecas Championship Title last week. This is also the first time in 28 years the team has won B Division. The team, led by Coach Kyle Asche, was in high spirits after the win.

December Traffic Fatality Toll

Nebraska Department of Transportation Jan. 15, 2026(Lincoln, Neb.) — During the month of December 2025, fifteen people were killed in traffic crashes on Nebraska roadways, according to data collected by the Nebraska Department of Transportation.15• These 15 fatalities occurred in 15 fatal crashes.
