Sheriff’s Office Discusses Retention Struggles

Pawnee County Sheriff Braden Lang and Pawnee County Deputy Hans Rohrbaugh met with the Pawnee County Commissioners’ board at their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 25, to discuss the ongoing problems the Sheriff’s Office has had with retaining employees.

Pawnee County Clerk Resigns

The Pawnee County Clerk, Rachel King, resigned her position, effective immediately, citing personal reasons. The commissioners accepted her resignation, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 25.The board of commissioners went into closed session to discuss her replacement.
