On November 17, 2025 at 3:52 a.m. as we prepared this week's issue of the Humboldt Standard, Roxanne Sailors passed away. Roxanne was the 16th editor of the Humbolt Standard in its 143 year history. She was the first woman. Her years at the helm saw a newsy paper filled withlocal goings on. The Stansdard will be honored to feature her in next week's issue....
