Let’s not talk about war and divisiveness. Let’s talk about Captain Richard Polk Jennings who came to Table Rock in 1873. He was generally called Cap, or Cap. Jennings. Cap. Jennings, late of the Confederacy, was a battle-worn soldier who had fought for the Confederacy in virtually every major engagement in the East.
