I discovered several great Nebraska artists at the Plein Air painting event in Auburn last fall. One of those was Priscilla Portenier. She won Best of Show and I wanted to revisit her and where she’s at. It is no secret that I am a big supporter of arts in Nebraska and in our area. I love to visit with all kinds of artists.
