On Monday the City Council decided to put up for sealed bid a Exmark lawnmower with a bad motor. Councilmember Helms stated they would be lucky to get a good price in scrap and the mower would be a good project for someone over the winter. The council voted in favor of selling the machine via sealed bid with a minimum bid of $125.
