I have been thinking about this topic a lot lately, and yesterday (October 23rd) really brought it to the forefront. As some of you know, we just had a serious fire at my Wife’s property. There are a set of grain bins just over the property line that is owned by the neighbor but has power running to them from a pole on our property.
