Kandice Johnson of Pawnee City was arrested for 1st degree sexual assault of a child. Her bond was set at $25,000. Johnson was a non-certified employee at Pawnee City Public Schools. As of the time of publication no formal charges have been filed.
This is an ongoing investigation with the Pawnee County Sheriffs Office and the Nebraska State Patrol.
