The Pawnee City Chamber’s Business of the Month of April is Elaine’s Hair Studio, owned by chamber member Elaine Mullin.
Elaine’s Hair Studio has its current location at 638 G Street. Prior to moving to the current Pawnee City location in February of 2009, Elaine rented a building in Pawnee City that she ran her own studio business out of it from 1976-2009.
