An Amish boy died following a collision between the horsedrawn buggy he was in and a car on Highway 8 Sunday morning. The boy 17, of Pawnee City and his sister, 20, were in the buggy headed eastbound on the highway about 3 and a half miles east of Pawnee City when the buggy was struck from behind by a 1997 Cadillac Deville driven by a 56 year old from Pawnee City.
