NPPD employees Eric Schmit and Pat Hatfield volunteer each year to put up the Christmas decorations in area towns. Here they are putting put up some in Table Rock. These over-the-street decorations were purchased by the Table Rock Community Club from a generous bequest by Ethelann Stillinger.
