W hat appeared to be individual efforts, became a city-wide spirit of generosity in Pawnee City this Christmas season. Members of the sixth grade leadership group at Pawnee City Public School helped the city with its Angel Tree Project by advertising the project. Then they helped organize the gifts and wrap them.
