The Vivian Cockrell trial scheduled for Wednesday was canceled. Her attorney reached a plea agreement with prosecutor County Attorney Jennifer Stehlik Ladman Monday afternoon. Cockrell will plead July 7 at 1 p.m. Ladman said Cockrell’s plea will be guilty of motor vehicle homicide, Class I misdemeanor, and violation of a learner’s permit, Class 3 misdemeanor. Sentencing…
