The Nebraska Legislature is currently in the midst of a special session dedicated explicitly to property tax relief, which impacts all of us. Although I strongly oppose the current plan (LB 9 as the package) due to its potential negative impact and shortcomings, I believe it is crucial to focus our efforts on the most promising ideas that offer genuine and lasting benefits to all Nebraskans.
