At their meeting on Sept. 17th the commissioners heard bids from companies for the paving project for 1/4 miles of 711 Road west from Highway 50. The site is part of the new FarmersCoop grain facility. Five companies submitted bids.
R.L. Thiemann Construction from Beatrice submitted a bid for a total project cost of $465,808.68 with a start date of September 30 and an end date of November 29.
