‘Pheasant envy’ confounds Huskers as hunters stream north

We’ve all had our fill of political news. So I thought that this week, we’d delve into a topic that’s equally as timely – pheasant hunting. I’ve spent a fair amount of time in pursuit of the ring-necked bird, and recently traveled to South Dakota – the self-proclaimed “Pheasant Capital of the World” – to try my luck with my trusty Vizsla, “Gunnar,” and a couple of buddies....
