Better yet, one set in Pawnee County.

Picture this. Pawnee City’s standpipe, aka their water tower, is drained early on a Tuesday morning. The manhole cover on the north side of the tower is unbolted and a raft is built inside. The raft fit the inside of the tower snugly.
