P.C.’s Andy Maloley, a senior at Pawnee City High School, has signed a letter of intent to play football for Morningside College this next year.

PAWNEE CITY - A huge first quarter run aided the Pawnee City Indians in their 72-52 win over the Lewiston Tigers in a county battle on Tuesday, January 24th. Pawnee City opened the game on a 27-12 run over Lewiston and by halftime they had improved their lead to 44-23.

Second half scoring proves to be problem in LHS vs. Sterling

STERLING - The Lewiston boys had no problems against Sterling in the first half of the game, but they just couldn’t finish in the 2nd half as they lost 47-61 on Friday night, January 27th.

PAWNEE CITY - Even though the game only started with a 9-4 lead by the Lewiston Lady Tigers over the Pawnee City Lady Indians, LHS took over the scoring for the remainder of the game on Tuesday, January 24th.

LEWISTON - The Lewiston Lady Tigers captured their second win last week against the Tri-County Lady Trojans on Thursday night, January 26th. Lewiston led 22-13 after the 1st period and increased that lead to 34-22 at the half.

PAWNEE CITY - The Pawnee City Lady Indians won an impressive game over the Friend Lady Bulldogs on Friday, January 27th in front of a Parent’s Night crowd. Both teams were tied at 6-6 after the 1st period, but P.C.
