Area teams enjoy good conditions at JCC Invitational

TECUMSEH - All three of our area track teams participated in the Johnson County Central Invitational on Monday, April 4th.

Pawnee City, LHS tracksters in action at Turkey Creek Relays

FRIEND - Both the Pawnee City and Lewiston track teams traveled to Friend for the Turkey Creek Relays on Tuesday, March 29th. The track meet featured several medleys and relays along with combined field events to gain points for their respective teams.

Music Teachers Wellensiek & Patterson Here April 10

The Table Rock Historical Society will present a program about high school bands on Sunday, April 10. Featured are two popular music teachers of the past, Chuck Wellensiek and Bob Patterson. The Argus Museum is the venue, and 2 p.m., is the time.

DuBois American Legion Auxiliary Unit#39

DuBois American Legion Auxiliary Unit#39 visited the 2nd grade classroom in Pawnee City on Wednesday March 30, 2022. Teacher, Mrs. Heidi Koster and her students welcomed the Auxiliary ladies who handed out red poppies and poppy coloring books.

PC Band All-state participants

Ashlynn Hartman and Stella Hunzeker participated in the Class D All State Band concert today as a part of the elite wind ensemble. The event took place at the University of Nebraska-Kearney and the band was directed by Mr. Matt Sheppard.
