According to city ordinance 6-101, any person owning or harboring a dog must license the dog within 30 days. Postcards will be mailed to people known to have unlicensed dogs and they have until Aug. 31st to license their dog at the City Office or a citation will be issued which entails a $50.00 fine plus licensing fees.
