Donnie Fisher and Bruce Haughton are the new Pawnee City Councilmen. They bested incumbents John Dahlgren and Vickie Zelenka in the Nov. 3 election.
Fisher has been on the Council before; Haughton has not. They will be sworn in the first Council meeting in December.
