    The first two foundations have been poured in the Vision 2030 Homes initiative in Pawnee City. Plans are to build 25 new homes throughout the town on lots where dilapidated houses have been torn down. The Pawnee City Chamber of commerce held a ground breaking ceremony December 5th in conjunction with the town’s Holiday festival. The plan is to build 25 new houses in 5 years. The project offer...
