Judge William F. Colwell remembered as a great friend

If anyone was ever made to be a judge, it was Judge William F. Colwell. The judge died last week at the age of 105. His long-time friend and colleague Joe Stehlik got to see him the day before he died. They considered each other their best friend even though 31 years separated them. Stehlik said Premier Estates where the judge was living was just opened back up and that not being able to seeā€¦
