Joel J. Watermeier, 43, of Lincoln was arrested in Pawnee City about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday by a Nebraska State Patrol SWAT team. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver, according to Sgt. Bryan Jones of the patrol.
