    The town of Burchard will be celebrating local businesses with the Positively 4th Street event on April 4 from 1 pm to 5 pm.

    The creator of the event, Jim Tegtmeier, said the name of the event was inspired by the Bob Dylan song of the same name. “I’m a big Bob Dylan fan,” he said.
