Brittyn Monarrez, an 8th grader at HTRS, is a pitcher for the Shockwave, a fast-pitch softball beam. It is a yearround traveling team based out of Waterloo, Nebraska. Brittyn, who is from Table Rock, joined at the end of July and played her first game a couple of weeks ago.
