Congressman Adrian Smith breaks ground in style at NioCorp's Elk Creek location
Executives were on hand as Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) toured the future site of the Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project. Being developed by NioCorp Developments Ltd. the project is a niobium/scandium/ titanium critical minerals mine and processing facility in rural Elk Creek. Smith is Nebraska's reprenstative for the 3rd Congressional District.
