In parts 1 and 2 of this series, I introduced you to Capt. R. P. Jennings, resident of Table Rock, late of the Confederacy. He came in the 1870s and earned a place in the hearts of all. He carried the flag when the old soldiers of the Union marched and spoke at many a gathering. He went from early 30s to elderly during those years.
