Pawnee City Fire Chief Dave Glynn said it was mostly smoke, not really a fire at the Pawnee Village Monday morning. The call came in before 6 a.m. It was apartment 114 where a couple lived. Both Tex Finn and his wife, Vivian, got out safely. Glynn said that it was some electrical problem that started the trouble.
