The Midwest BBQ Association (MWBA) BBQ Competition will return to the Pawnee County Fair in Pawnee City, Nebraska, on Saturday, July 18, 2026, for a full day of competition and public tasting.
As part of the final day of the 2026 Pawnee County Fair, competitors will prepare entries in the beans, pork, and ribs categories while competing for a share of $3,000 in prize money.
