City gives money to Historical Site from ARPA funds

The Pawnee City City Council agreed 4-0 to give the Historical Society money from the ARPA funds, funds given to cities for relief from the pandemic. They agreed to give the Historical Society $3,000 and up to $5,000 should they need it.
